I sold our Keurig because I felt we were wasting too much by using the kcups everyday. What a great purchase! The brushed steel looks elegant and cleans easily, and the brewing instructions are clear.Stainless mesh filters remove most of the grounds except for the very finest of dust, producing just a little bit of mud at the bottom of the cup.Other than that, I agree this stainless steel French Press is well designed and produced:1.Acid reflux was wreaking havoc with my esophagus, but I really really didn’t want to give up coffee. The trouble being the glass presses always break. This one lets zero coffee grounds through into the cup, unlike my old one.My husband won’t use our regular coffee maker anymore. With where I wanted my coffee I decided to get a stainless steel french press.I don’t know why it was not designed as a screw on and off mechanism. The first use I forgot to warm the press first because I didn’t do that with the glass one.Put 2 tbls in each pouch or bag. This French press is excellent. If markings are not included with the 50 Oz size they should state that! Secondly, the description says 310 stainless and the product info that came with it said ‘304″ stainless. She likes to take her French Press with her when she goes out of town.If those were the only issues, fine—I would’ve dealt with them as they’re cosmetic. With the lid in the “closed spout” position, you can see a large gap and you can still easily pour.So he asked for a better French press for Christmas, and this one is GREAT! The coffee stays HOT, the multi-screen system works and there is NO GRIT in our cups, the pouring SPOUT DOES NOT DRIP, the whole thing is EASY TO CLEAN, and it comes with EXTRA FILTERS and a nice STIRRING SPOON.O.The first couple of uses were fine.

They claim it’s dishwasher safe and durable.Product is easy to clean by hand and is also dishwasher safe.No worries with fingerprints that you would leave on a stainless steel pot.The internal markings are clear but the mark on the top wasn’t easily seen, it is for lining up the lid with the spout.Because the lid is so loose, it does not keep coffee from leaking down the sides of the pot, nor keep the coffee warm long enough for a second cup.I will update my review if the company reaches out to me to assist. The first two were made with glass for the carafe and broke after an accidental slip from my hand during handling/cleaning.It’s also very simple to use right out of the box.Brews a good cup of coffee. The Veken is beautiful, easy to clean, makes great coffee, the press is easy and soft and comes with the large spoon, which just makes everything easier. The mug is great.no issues with the handle or top like i read on some of the reviews.I think you can guess the outcome.Flavor is great. The long spoon provided is also a plus along with the extra screens.Pot gets hot as soon as hot water is poured into pot.The filter easily disassembles for cleaning.Even using regular ground coffee, there was very little sediment.I couldn’t pull it apart therefore could no longer use.The pot part is not easy to clean but I believe that to be true for any press.

Hands down the simplest way to make cold brewed coffee! Just add ground coffee, mix and place the lid on but don’t press the plunger till morning.I logged in to see about returning or exchanging and low and behold, I’m outside the 30 day return window and doesn’t look like they offer any other services to support the product.I’ve had many French presses, all glass, all broken. No plastic!! Bought this pot in my continuous effort to rid myself of all plastic. The coffee has turned out beautifully.Yes, you should ALWAYS wash any utensils or cookware before using them, but we bought this NEW, not used.Glass ones break; ceramic ones break; and over time even my Aeropress melted. The verdict…I love it more than I’d thought! My coffee must b scalding hot when I drink it and this does the trick. It won’t break! It’s sturdy, comes with extra filters and even includes a long spoon for stirring.I even had the reusable pod!!I love this little press, coffee is wonderful! I bought a glass teapot for making the hot water! You will not be disappointed .I had only owned glass versions, so decided to explore the stainless steel variety.Much betterthan my previous glass presses.I don’t see any cracks or holes so I don’t know how it happened, I shake it and i hear the water in there and all I can think is mold and bacteria growing ….The handle is nicely balanced; as a result it pours easily. The glass presses dont last long, because of the heat on the glass. The filters on this one seem more durable than any of the other ones so I have not had to swap them out yet.I have also been a repeat buyer of glass French press replacement parts so I thought I’d give this a try. Made my first french press coffee this morning, worked flawlessly and I think I ground the coffee finer than I should have .
