Based on the reviews and ease of use I bought the Capresso On The Go.No insulation whatsoever.Other reviewers have also mentioned this I have been using a Starbucks Barista Aroma Solo Coffee Brewer For about the last 15-20 years and it finally gave out on me., but especially by the water temp it dispensed.cons:– the included insulated cup is not very good, lid does not create a tight seal, and coffee easily spills– the insulated cup is not very well insulated, coffee was just warm after about an hour– the coffee machine stopped working after about a week.2 Issues:1) if you use a standard mug it does splatter the coffee all over the counter.Coffee is hot and read quick.Takes maybe 1.capresso wanted me to ship it back to them to get it repaired but shipping cost as much as the price of the thing.I have so much confidence in this products performance I’ve purchased them for multiple friends. It is perfect for a person like me that only drinks one large cup a day.It has been a great little machine and have truly liked its ease of use, compact size, and quality of coffee.Enjoying drinking a lot more tea without waiting for tea kettle or poisoning myself or my family by using the microwave.Cleanup requires rinsing the entire inside including the water reservoir after each cup.I used it in accordance with the instructions. It uses ground coffee or filter pods. Finally I killed it by accidentally running it too many times without water. The lid of the cup was on tight, but it let the coffee seep out between the cup and the lid.Item would not power on after the first use, and I noticed the brew button never popped back out after it brewed.

The coffee temperature as measured while it was dripping fro the machine was 160 degrees, quite below the 200 degrees advertised.I did use it for tea but wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a good cup of coffee.I drink this so fast… it’s gone before I know it.Not only do I have to find another coffee maker, but I have to pay for a housekeeper at $160 to clean up this mess.Instead of just letting me return it and get another one, an Amazon customer service rep contacted Capresso to order the part.Three weeks later it died.Cute and compact enough to take on the road. This product is very easy to use.The thing that makes it a one star for me is it splatters everywhere! I have been using it daily and I have to clean up the mess it makes on my counter every time after I use it.Not a fan of the overflow hole in the back that just leaks on the counter. It’s quick and compact.I use it almost daily for my travel-to-work cup of joe.The only thing I don’t like about it is, that it still drips a little after brewing.Very difficult to get the top off the mug to add cream.

The most compact I’ve seen.It made lukewarm coffee on the first try, and the temperature has gotten cooler with each successive cup.I love the ability to use soft pods or regular coffee grinds and not use K cups.Takes about 2 min and tastes great! Also tried hot cocoa in basket from a Kcup and worked fine. I ordered on for my Arizona house and ended up ordering one for my WI house. Good great product we bought 3 for family Worked one time.It fills my 12 oz SS mug and coffee is great.Using my own coffee, this unit does a fine job.Makes a good sized cup and comes with a permanent filter….entry-content –><!– . I like the easy use, but I dislike that is not hot enough Love the simplicity…easy to use, clean, small on counter.
