For some unknown reason it simply brews smoother, less bitter coffee than any of my other coffee makers – including an ancient glass ’50’s percolator handed down from my mother. They even mailed out a replacement part to see if that fixed it.The coffee maker works well.I had no idea a coffe pot could make this kind of a difference in the flavor of your coffee. It is easy to install and I love not having to move it from under the cabinet every day just to pour water into it.The drawbacks are two: it is pretty drippy when you take out the filter basket.I had to use my dollar store coffee maker in the mean time with no problems at all! 6 weeks later I get it back and it does works with the rather often k-cup explosion and coffee grinds leaking everywhere into the brewed coffee and all over the counter! I feel like I’m cleaning up more messes with this pot than enjoying my coffee! I hate it and want to throw it in the trash! I will never purchase this pot or anything related to this company again! I rate it 0 stars!Update! The second repair says the Kcups are overfilled! And how am I to regulate this?! Sad excuse! Garbage don’t buy! Giving a 3 star rating because I really do love this coffee maker! I love the convenience of it and it’s always made great coffee.I like that it hooks right up to a water supply.Amazon Review. Now, the second unit is only 5 months old and will not even brew. The coffee make dose make good coffee and I was surprised how long the kettle stays hot and although it was a pain to run a water line it is nice not to worry about filling the pot 5 time a day.In the past I’ve had various drip coffee makers, a Keurig and I currently have a Breville espresso machine, a french press and an Italian coffee pot.Enter the Brew Express.I worked on it a few times to clean the lines but the problem persisted. The installation was a breeze with everything I needed included.BUT it just quit working.I originally purchased the BEC-110 from Costco and had to return it after a year due to it failing. What a waste of money. But this one is my dream come true.

Set up was really easy.No mess with direct water line.Having the system connected to my water line is soooo convenient.if it works.By November 2019 the product catastrophically failed. It works as advertised..It is perfect for hubby and myself. This is an awesome coffee pot. That was the hardest part. After installing, it appears after the 30 day return policy, I just arrived home with it hoping to return it.Faster than a Keurig, no plastic coffee, whole or half pot and fresh filtered water when I hit the button. The coffee is weak.Coffeemaking is pretty standard except you don’t have to add water which keeps the area around it much neater with no more spilled water.Shame on me for not catching that in the description, or maybe it wasn’t in there. The stainless carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours and won’t break so that’s a plus.We bought this in Feb 2015, but did not install it until early June do to remodeling our kitchen.Coffee tastes the same to the end of the pot.Had it 3 years, so far. That said, cannot find anything comparable that makes any sense so am buying another today.

I would highly recommend it to others.Package came undamaged, with all the necessary parts.Everything I read kept leading me to the Brew Express and after 1 month of use I now know why! Everyone was right…… it is an incredible machine. But not having to fill with water is fantastic.First one we got was broken and we had to send it back. The customer service from this company it tops! Any questions or issues you have are addressed immediately with excellent results.Customer service was punctual in responding to my call.Had it for months now, and it really makes morning coffee pretty wonderful. We did install a small under cabinet filter just for the coffee pot line to prevent lime buildup.Coffee could have been hotter. My one complaint: Why would you put a power button on the front that resets ALL your settings? This makes no sense at all!!!! Put the button on the back!!! Or at least make the button smaller its not no tempting to push the thing!!! received coffee maker and set up and power button did not function properly.I have this connected to a Reverse Osmosis water line, and the coffee tastes much better. It was working fine and all of the sudden, it stopped its water flow. The coffee maker works great with no more messing around with having to pour water each time.It makes great coffee and not having to pour water in every time is a great convenience.I feel there is something wrong with this and it needs to be replaced. It finally got tired and needed replacement after years of faithful service. The carafe on the first one, after a few years, started to turn brown.[/review6]<!– .
